Exploration of teaching reform of clothing major of colleges and universities in Jilin Province to meet the industrial demand
Jilin Province has no shortage of college graduates in clothing major,but they don't fit in with the local clothing industry and hard to find the suitable jobs,and the enterprises,are hard to find the talent they need as well.This paper takes the clothing major of colleges and universities in Jilin Province as the research object,to focus on the analysis and research of clothing teaching reform measures.The study found that the main existing problems are that the curriculum content lags behind the development of enterprises,the teachers'professional structure is unreasonable,and the school-enterprise cooperation enterprises are not integrated enough.Therefore,the focus of the reform is to increase the high-tech teaching content,optimize the curriculum system,adjust the professional structure of teachers,and strengthen the cooperation between schools and enterprises,so as to train high-skilled professionals that meet the needs of the modern clothing industry and help the industry development.This study integrates the relevant data of clothing majors of colleges and universities in Jilin Province for the first time to provide accurate data support for related teaching,research and decision-making.
