With the improvement of cultural confidence,Chinese traditional clothing culture,as an important part of Chinese culture,has been paid more and more attention.This paper takes Chinese traditional clothing culture as the starting point to explore its role and countermeasures of ideological and political education of college students,analyzes in detail the profound influence of traditional clothing culture on ideological and political education of college students,points out the existing problems in the implementation process and puts forward countermeasures.The research results show that Chinese traditional clothing culture can play an important role in promoting the ideological and political education of college students,and provide theoretical reference and empirical basis for further deepening the ideological and political education with culture as the soul.
