织物电弧防护性能影响因素主成分分析

为客观研究织物电弧防护性能的主要影响因素,文章对芳纶1313纤维、阻燃黏胶纤维、腈氯纶纤维、芳纶1414纤维及导电纤维等混纺的30种防电弧织物进行基本性能参数测试,并结合因子分析及主成分分析,系统探讨织物基本性能参数对其电弧防护性能的影响程度。研究结果表明:影响织物电弧防护性能的主要因素为织物力学性能及透湿性能,次要因素为织物热学性能及组织结构。
Principal components analysis of factors affecting the arc-flash protective performance of fabrics
To objectively investigate the major factors affecting the arc-flash protective performance of fabrics,this paper tests 30 kinds of arc-proof fabrics blended with aramid 1313 fiber,flame-retardant viscose fiber,nitrile chloroprene fiber,aramid 1414 fiber,and conductive fiber for basic performance parameters.Combined with factor analysis and principal component analysis,the influence of basic performance parameters on arc-flash protective performance of fabrics is systematically explored.The research results indicate that the major factors affecting the arc-flash protective performance of fabrics are mechanical properties and moisture permeability,and the secondary factors are thermal properties and organizational structure.
