近年来,随着生活水平的不断提高,人们对贴身穿着的运动衫或者T恤、Polo衫等春夏服饰的功能性要求越来越高,这是因为人们在运动或者春夏季节室外气温较高时容易产生大量的汗液,如果面料无法及时吸收并蒸发扩散,吸湿膨润的纤维可能会堵塞面料的空隙,使皮肤处于无氧环境,让人感觉非常闷热,舒适感降低。有一种面料与其正好相反,可以保留人体的热量,这种面料既可以隔热,也可以挡雨。但现有面料只有一种功能,或有吸湿排汗功能,或有防水功能。文章所研发的针织面料通过功能纱线及组织的结合,正面使用吸水纱线,反面使用防水纱线,正反两面的凹凸网眼交错对应,使面料反面具有防水效果,从而发挥了不粘身的功能;正面具有吸水效果,从而发挥了吸水速干的功能。双面网眼结构使所研发的面料具有荷叶效应,确保单防单吸的同时更具透气性,从而进一步提升了速干性,提高了服用性能。
Development of single anti and single suction knitted fabrics
In recent years,with the continuous improvement of living standards,people have increasingly high functional requirements for sports shirt and spring and summer clothing such as T-shirts and Polo shirts that are worn close to the body.This is because people tend to produce a large amount of sweat during exercise or when the outdoor temperature is high in spring and summer.If the fabrics cannot absorb and evaporate in a timely manner,the moisture absorbing and swollen fibers may block the gaps in the fabrics,leaving the skin in an anaerobic environment,making people feel very stuffy and uncomfortable.There is a type of fabric that is exactly the opposite,which can retain human body heat.This fabric can both insulate and block rain.But existing fabrics only have one function,either moisture wicking or waterproof.The knitted fabrics developed in the article combines functional yarns and structure,using absorbent yarns on the front and waterproof yarns on the back.The uneven mesh on both sides corresponds to each other,making the back of the fabric waterproof and non stick to the body;the front side has a water absorbing effect,thus exerting the function of quick drying by absorbing water.The double mesh structure gives the developed fabric a lotus effect,ensuring single and anti single suction and greater breathability,thereby further enhancing quick drying and improving wearability.
