With the rise of rural tourism and the booming development of cultural and creative products,integrating regional culture with modern design has become an important way to promote local economic development.This paper takes the application of Pingtan Austronesian family culture elements in the design of clothing accessories and cultural and creative products as a research object,exploring how to integrate the rich cultural symbols,traditional handicrafts and artistic features of the Austronesian family into the design of modern clothing accessories to inherit and promote local culture while meeting the aesthetic and practical needs of modern consumers.
