并条机用于化纤纺纱时的导向限位改造

为解决并条机在用于化纤纺纱时多组条子在输送至并条组件内部时容易相碰导致条子之间交叉缠绕,在影响并条质量的同时还降低生产效率的问题,文章对并条机导条架进行了技术改造,在靠近并条组件处加装了自主研发的辅助导向限位装置,使每组条子都可以保持固定位置进入并条组件。研发成功后,当多组条子输送至并条组件内部时,条子之间不再交叉缠绕,大大提高了产品质量和生产效率。
Guiding limit modification of drawing frame during chemical fiber spinning
When using a drawing frame for chemical fiber spinning,multi plesets of strips being easily collided and causing cross winding between strips during transportation to the drawing assembly,that will affect not only the quality of the drawing but also reduce production efficiency.In order to solve the problem,the article has carried out technical transformation on the guide frame of the drawing frame.An independently developed auxiliary guiding limit device has been installed near the drawing assembly,so that each set of strips can maintain a fixed position and enter the drawing assembly.After successful research and development,when multiple sets of strips are transported to the inside of the strip assembly,the strips no longer cross winding,greatly improving product quality and production efficiency.
