摘要
羽绒服作为冬季保暖的重要服饰,其防钻绒性与产品的使用寿命、保暖效果及消费者的穿着体验存在密切联系.在消费水平不断提升的当下,民众对生活品质的要求也在不断提高,羽绒服的防钻绒性也成为行业关注的焦点.因此,文章从产品质量、羽绒羽毛成分分析、蓬松度及防钻绒性等方面进行研究,探讨羽绒服的工艺设计与性能提升,从而为羽绒服行业提供理论支持和实践指导.
Abstract
As an important clothing to keep warm in winter,anti-down-drilling velvet properties of down jacket is closely related to the service life of the product,thermal effect and consumer wearing experience.At present,with the continuous improvement of the consumption level,people's requirements for the quality of life are also constantly improving,and the anti-down-drilling velvet properties of down jackets has also become the focus of the industry.Therefore,this paper analyzes the product quality,analysis of down feather composition,fluffiness and anti-down-drilling velvet properties,and discusses the process design and performance improvement of down jacket,so as to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the down jacket industry.
