摘要
产业学院作为高职院校创新的一种形式,对技能型人才培养和高职院校转型均有深远意义.文章首先阐述了高职院校服装产业学院建设的必要性,其次分析了产业学院建设存在的共性问题,最后从优化课程设置、加强师资队伍建设、创新教学模式、健全长效合作机制、完善相关政策5个方面详细讨论了高职院校服装产业学院建设路径.
Abstract
As an innovative form of higher vocational colleges,industry colleges hold profound significance for the cultivation of skilled talents and the transformation of higher vocational colleges.This paper first elaborates the necessity of establishing clothing industry colleges within higher vocational colleges,then analyzes the common issues present in the construction of industry colleges,finally,it discusses in detail the construction path for clothing industry colleges in higher vocational colleges from the following five aspects:optimizing curriculum design,strengthening the construction of the teaching staff,innovating teaching models,establishing a long-term cooperation mechanism,and improving relevant policies.
