Research on supply chain knowledge spillover effect in textile industry transfer
Against the backdrop of the textile industry transfer,this article systematically explores the formation mechanism,influencing factors,and management strategies of knowledge spillover effect in the supply chain.Research has shown that the textile industry transfer is not only the relocation of production geographical locations,but also the dynamic dissemination of knowledge elements in the supply chain.The global trend shows that industry transfer has shifted from cost driven to knowledge synergy,and Asian countries have achieved technology absorption and innovation upgrading by undertaking the transfer.The spillover effect of supply chain knowledge is improved through geographical proximity,informal communication,and the application of information technology.For example,in the transfer of knowledge from eastern China to central and western China,technological efficiency is improved by 15.0%-20.0%.The transfer also faces negative effects such as intellectual property risks and cultural barriers.The study proposes strategies such as supply chain restructuring,cross-border collaboration,green supply chain construction,and information technology innovation,emphasizing the importance of talent cultivation and knowledge management systems.
