History,Value Orientation and Construction Path of High-quality Education System
Accelerating the construction of a high-quality education system is a strategic measure to build an educational powerhouse.The Party and the state have attached great importance to the construction of the education system for a long time,which has gone through three stages of system design,structural improvement and accelerated construction.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the high-quality education system has become an important policy discourse.Its value orientation lies in five facets:manifesting the essential features of Chinese characteristics,reflecting the overall requirements of high-quality development,highlighting the strategic demands for the talent cultivation,meeting the new needs of economic and social development,and adhering to a system integration.The construction of a high-quality education system should be led by the ideological and political education system,supported by four types of education systems as the backbone,horizontally supported by the administrative system,and expanded through the high-level education international cooperation system.
