摘要
教授校长办学是大学服务中小学发展的一种很好的方式,目的在于促进基础教育事业的高质量发展.《教师发展研究》刊出"'教授校长'办学笔谈"系列文章后引起了强烈反响.教授校长办学是有历史传统的,近代以来不断有大学教授肩负起双向使命,在将理论研究成果应用到中小学一线教育教学实践中去的同时,也把在中小学管理工作中经历的问题带回大学进行知识的再生产、再创造.未来,要想实现教授校长办学的常态化和可持续,还需从管理上给予体制机制的保障,同时要注意创新多种形式,助力大学更好地服务于基础教育高质量发展.
Abstract
The school running by professor-titled principals is a good way for universities to serve the development of primary and secondary schools,with the purpose of promoting the high-quality development of basic education.A series of articles on school running by professor-titled principals in Teacher Development Re-search has sparked a reaction.It has been a tradition for professor-titled principals to run schools in modern China,when many professor-titled principals took on the dual mission of applying theoretical research outcomes to the practices in primary and secondary schools,while also bringing problems encountered in pri-mary and secondary schools'management work back to universities for further knowledge production and inno-vation.In the future,to achieve the regularization and sustainability of the school running by professor-titled principals,it is necessary to provide institutional and systemic support in management,while paying attention to the innovation in various forms,so as to let universities better serve the high-quality development of basic education.
