摘要

在中国百年的现代化进程中,乡村教师为奠基基础教育、接续文化、传播现代观念、促进教育公平等作出重大贡献.郑新蓉教授多年从事乡村教育和乡村教师研究,在访谈中,她从历史视角、性别视角、民族视角系统分析了乡村教师的代际变迁,表明不同历史时期的乡村教师在扫盲教育、乡村初等教育普及、乡村儿童公平发展、乡土文化守护、乡村社会和谐等方面的重大价值.郑教授期望乡村教师代际变迁中沉淀的优秀遗产能够在当今得到创造性转化.

Abstract

Rural teachers have made great contributions to the foundation of basic education,continuation of culture,dissemination of modern concepts,and promotion of educational equity in China's century-old modernization.Professor Zheng Xinrong has been engaged in rural education and rural teacher research for many years.In the interview,she systematically analyzes the inter-generational changes and value realization of rural teachers from the perspectives of history,gender and nationality,and recognizes the great value of rural teachers in literacy education,popularization of primary education in rural areas,equitable development of rural children,protection of local culture,and harmony of rural society.Professor Zheng expects that the excellent legacy accumulated in the inter-generational transformation of rural teachers would be able to creatively transformation in today's world.
