In the context of building an educational powerhouse,the spirit of educationist is crucial to promoting the high-quality development of education,and the high-quality development of teachers is insepara-ble from the guidance of educationalist-oriented principals.The scientific thinking of educationalist-oriented principals helps to enhance their leadership ability and educational wisdom.Its performance features are sys-tematic thinking and dialectical thinking,and its formation mechanism includes experiential conceptualization and conceptual structuring.In order to cultivate the scientific thinking of educationist-oriented principals,some strategies can be adopted,including professional reading and theoretical learning,investigation and observa-tion,discussion and exchange,and subject research and practical exploration.
