Theoretical Reflection and Practical Exploration on the Condensation of Outstanding Teachers'Educational Thoughts
From a practical perspective,the educational thoughts of outstanding teachers are defined as systematic and structured interpretations of education starting from a certain angle,element or issue,with the aim of guiding the participants in educational activities to jointly achieve the expected educational goals.The educational thoughts of outstanding teachers,based on typical experience,core concepts and the concept sys-tem,and thoughts explanation as the basic structure,have the features of historical inheritance,being based on experience,abstract generalization,universal relevance and open development.The condensation of the educational thoughts of outstanding teachers includes five steps:sorting out educational experience,summarizing typical literature,forming a logical structure,making professional expression,as well as reflecting,modifying and optimizing.Meanwhile,it is necessary to properly deal with five major relationships,namely,the relationship between experience and concept,narrative and logic,part and whole,special and the general,and nature and innovation.
