Many standards and methods are developed to assess nutritious and hygiene quality of fruits and vegetables as far,including the Assessment of Mean Nutritious Value (ANV),the Rating and Classification of Nutrition (RCN),the Comprehensive Index to Nutrition (CIN),the Associative Function (AF),the Comprehensive Index to Quality (CIQ),etc.However,the attention dot of these methods differs somewhat.This study aims to compare difference of evaluating nutritious and hygiene quality of green pepper grown in the field irrigated with dairy effluent.Nutritious and hygiene quality indexes contain Vitamin C,soluble sugar,soluble protein,free amino acid and nitrate.The results show that the AF method and CIQ have the characteristics of being open,and assessing results have good coincidence,differentiation,and comparability.The ANV and the RCN have closure property,which can be used for direct assessment.The CIN method has openness and good comparability.
