Reflexive Reconstruction of Self-identity of College Counselors from a Field Perspective
The level of self-identity among counselors is related to the quality of student education man-agement in universities. From the perspective of the field, universities are a combination of academic and administrative fields, possessing both academic and administrative attributes. It is difficult for counselors to obtain expert roles, enjoy power discourse, and seek survival space within them.Based on the analysis of the concept of self-identity reflexivity in college counselors, and combined with the profound impact of modern systems on self-identity,three paths to overcome self-identity crisis in field interaction prac-tice are proposed, including obtaining ontological security through interaction with the environment,o-vercoming self-insignificance through interaction with others, and forming the driving force of self-iden-tity through interaction with systems.
