Research on the Influence of Multiple Subjects on the Cultivation of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of Collaborative Education
At present,innovation and entrepreneurship education is being integrated into the talent train-ing system in an all-round way,and colleges and universities are paying more and more attention to in-novation and entrepreneurship education,but this education is not adequately oriented to the major needs of the society and cannot solve the key problems of the industry.In order to break the constraints to the greatest extent and obtain a strong sustainable and holistic driving force,colleges and universities need to uphold the perspective of collaborative education,that is,on the basis of fully considering the high dynamics of the innovation process and the interaction between the elements of innovation and en-trepreneurship education,introduce multiple subjects,and optimize the combination of various resources in the process of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents,so as to build a virtuous cycle mecha-nism for sustainable development.Based on the theory of synergy,this paper takes the multiple subjects of innovative and entrepreneurial talent training in colleges and universities as the starting point,combined with qualitative analysis and quantitative research,and systematically studies the necessity of collabora-tive talent training,the multiple subjects and their elements in talent training,and the specific effects and complex paths of multiple subjects affecting talent training.
