时效时间对激光增材TC4钛合金组织性能影响

通过激光粉末床熔融技术制备TC4钛合金,然后对成型的TC4合金进行直接时效热处理,研究了不同时效时间对激光粉末床熔融成型TC4钛合金的组织及性能的影响.时效处理后的组织有 β相析出,起到第二相强化作用,随着时效时间的增加,析出的 β相增多,强度提高,6 h性能最好;随着时效时间继续增加,β相长大,强度下降.由TEM结果可知,时效处理后有大量孪晶,所以塑性较好.550 ℃/6 h时效态抗拉强度为1 204.6 MPa,屈服强度为866.0 MPa,断后伸长率为11.3%.与打印态相比,时效处理后的硬度也有明显提高,时效热处理后的显微硬度能够达到394.4HV.
Effect of aging time on microstructures and properties of TC4 titanium alloy prepared by laser powder bed fusion
TC4 titanium alloy was prepared by laser powder bed fusion technology,and then the formed TC4 alloy was subjected to direct aging heat treatment.The effects of different aging times on the microstructures and proper-ties of TC4 titanium alloy were studied.After aging treatment,β phase was precipitated,which played the role of second phase strengthening.With the increase of aging time,β phase precipitated increased,the strength increased,and 6 h had the best performance.As the aging time continued to increase,the β-phase become coarser and the strength decreased.The TEM results show that there are a large number of twins after aging treatment,and so the plasticity is better.The tensile strength and yield strength of 550 ℃/6 h are 1 204.6 MPa and 866.0 MPa,and the elongation after breaking is 11.3%.Compared with the printed state,the hardness after aging treatment is signifi-cantly improved,and the microhardness after aging heat treatment can reach 394.4HV.
