共沉淀法制备超细BaFe12O19纳米粒子及其性能

BaFe12O19纳米粒子具有高矫顽力、高饱和磁化强度、分散性好的特点,超细的BaFe12O19纳米粒子在磁性器件、微波吸收、生物医学、磁记录等领域具有广阔应用前景.然而,制备超细的高性能BaFe12O19纳米粒子仍然是该领域的难点.提出一种简便的共沉淀法制备M型BaFe12O19纳米粒子,成功获得高性能、分散性好的超细BaFe12 O19纳米粒子,同时研究了制备工艺对粒子结构和性能的影响.结果表明:pH对BaFe12O19纳米粒子的成分、结晶度、形貌特征及磁性能影响显著,当pH为9时,颗粒结晶度高、分散性较好;随前驱体比例的升高,BaFe12O19纳米粒子的结晶度、形貌特征及磁性能随之发生变化,当前驱体比例为1∶12时,颗粒结晶度较高、磁性能高;在60 ℃的沉淀温度下沉淀反应1.5 h,当搅拌速率提升到600 r/min时,可获得高结晶度、矫顽力为5 072 Oe、饱和磁化强度高达70 emu/g、平均粒径仅为33 nm的超细BaFe12O19纳米粒子.
Preparation of ultrafine BaFe12O19 nanoparticles by coprecipitation and study on their abilities
BaFe12O19 nanoparticles with high coercivity,high saturation magnetization,good dispersion and ultra-fine BaFe12O19 nanoparticles have broad application prospects in magnetic devices,microwave absorption,biomedicine,magnetic recording and other fields.However,the preparation of ultra-fine high-performance BaFe12O19 nanoparti-cles is still a difficulty in this field.A simple co-precipitation method for preparing M-type BaFe12O19 nanoparticles was proposed,and ultrafine BaFe12O19 nanoparticles with high performance and good dispersion were obtained suc-cessfully.The effect of preparation process on the structure and properties of the particles was also studied.The re-sults show that pH has significant effects on the composition,crystallinity,morphology and magnetic properties of BaFe12O19 nanoparticles.When pH is 9,the particles have high crystallinity and good dispersion.The crystallinity,morphology and magnetic properties of BaFe12O19 nanoparticles change with the increase of precursor ratio.When the precursor ratio is 1∶12,the crystallinity and magnetic properties of BaFe12O19 nanoparticles are higher.At the precipitation temperature of 60 ℃ for 1.5 h,when the stirring rate is increased to 600 r/min,ultrafine BaFe12O19 nanoparticles with high crystallinity,coercivity of 5072 Oe,saturation magnetization of 70 emu/g and average parti-cle size of 33 nm can be obtained.
