Construction of China's critical mineral resources supervision and protection system base on the perspective of customs
Critical mineral is an important strategic resource for a country to ensure normal economic development.Nowadays,the global economic malaise,the escalating trade and geopolitical frictions between countries,the pro-tection,control and development of Critical mineral resources have become one of the hot topics of concern of all countries.Due to China's special geopolitical environment and Sino-US trade frictions,the protection,control and development of Critical mineral have become problems that China cannot ignore.Based on the perspective of customs functions,starting from how to build a regulatory and protection system for Critical mineral such as gallium and ger-manium in China,this paper puts forward relevant ideas and suggestions for building a system from the aspects of risk research and judgment prevention and control system,improvement of Critical mineral standard system,im-provement of scientific research and innovation ability,and construction of Critical mineral policy support system,in order to contribute to serving the overall situation of national high-quality development.
