低合金钢海洋腐蚀性能研究进展

低合金钢具有优良的力学性能、焊接性能与耐蚀性能,被用于各种海洋工程建设,如海洋平台、管道、跨海大桥、海洋船舶等.在海洋中服役时,低合金钢不可避免地要面对海洋大气、潮汐、生物和微生物腐蚀等一系列腐蚀问题,这是其在应用中必须考虑的关键问题,国内外研究者也就海洋用低合金钢的耐腐蚀性能开展了一系列的研究.对近年来国内外发表的以海洋工程为主要应用背景的低合金钢的服役性能进行了总结和分析,聚焦低合金钢钢作为海洋结构件应用中耐腐蚀性能这项重要的服役性能,总结海洋用低合金钢钢使役过程中的腐蚀服役评价,归纳该类钢作为海洋工程应用仍需突破的科学与技术问题,以期为相关研究工作提供参考.
Research progress on marine corrosion performance of low alloy steel
Low alloy steel has excellent mechanical properties,welding performance,and corrosion resistance,and is used in various marine engineering construction,such as offshore platforms,pipelines,cross sea bridges,marine vessels,etc.When serving in the ocean,low alloy steel inevitably faces a series of corrosion problems such as ma-rine atmosphere,tides,biological and microbial corrosion,which are key issues that must be considered in its appli-cation.Domestic and foreign researchers have also conducted a series of studies on the corrosion resistance perform-ance of low alloy steel for marine use.The service performance of low alloy steel with marine engineering as the main application background,which has been published both domestically and internationally in recent years were summarized and analyzed.It focuses on the important service performance of corrosion resistance in the application of low alloy steel as marine structural components,summarizes the corrosion service evaluation of low alloy steel for marine use during service,and summarizes the scientific and technical issues that still need to be broken through in the application of this type of steel as marine engineering,in order to provide reference for related research work.
