热处理工艺对Fe73Si13B10Cu1Nb3软磁粉末性能的影响

用水气联合雾化工艺制备了Fe73Si13B10Cu1 Nb3合金粉末,研究了热处理温度与时间对粉体性能及软磁性能的影响.研究结果表明,随着热处理温度的升高与热处理时间的延长,α-Fe与Fe-B相的结晶体积分数逐渐增大,晶粒尺寸也逐渐增大.580 ℃、60 min热处理后的Fe73Si13B10Cu1 Nb3合金粉末有优异的软磁性能:Bs=139.67emu/g、Hc=6.54A/m.
Effect of heat treatment process on the properties of Fe73Si13B10Cu1 Nb3 soft magnetic powder
Fe73Si13B10Cu1Nb3 alloy powder was prepared by water-gas atomization process,and the effects of heat treatment temperature and time on powder properties and soft magnetic properties were studied.The results show that the crystallization volume fraction of α-Fe and Fe-B phases increases gradually with the increase of heat treat-ment temperature and heat treatment time,and the grain size also increases gradually.The Fe73Si13B10Cu1 Nb3 alloy powder after heat treatment at 580 ℃ for 60 min has excellent soft magnetic properties:Bs=139.67emu/g、Hc=6.54 A/m.
