摘要

磷酸铁锂电池是电动汽车的核心硬件,其性能好坏直接决定着电动汽车的运行效率,故提出温度对电动汽车用磷酸铁锂电池充放电循环性能影响研究.选取适当的实验材料与实验设备,制备磷酸铁锂电池,制定温度控制程序与充放电循环测试方案,确定磷酸铁锂电池充放电循环性能指标,进行电动汽车用磷酸铁锂电池充放电循环性能实验,记录实验数据.通过实验结果分析可知:磷酸铁锂电池的最佳工作温度为0~40 ℃,在此温度范围下,电池容量、电池内阻、电池能量密度、电池功率密度、电池循环寿命、电池电解质的性能最优.

Abstract

Lithium iron phosphate batteries are the core hardware of electric vehicles,and their performance directly determines the operational efficiency of electric vehicles.Therefore,a study on the effect of temperature on the char ging and discharging cycle performance of lithium iron phosphate batteries for electric vehicles is proposed.Select appropriate experimental materials and equipment,prepare lithium iron phosphate batteries,develop temperature control programs and charging and discharging cycle testing plans,determine the charging and discharging cycle per-formance indicators of lithium iron phosphate batteries,conduct charging and discharging cycle performance experi-ments on lithium iron phosphate batteries for electric vehicles,and record experimental data.Through the analysis of the experimental results,it can be known that the optimal working temperature of lithium iron phosphate battery is 0-40 ℃,and the battery capacity,battery internal resistance,battery energy density,battery power density,battery cycle life and battery electrolyte performance are optimal in this temperature range.
