体育器材用碳纤维复合材料制备及力学性能

为提升体育器材相关材料的的强度与力学性能,研究体育器材用碳纤维复合材料的制备方法及力学性能.使用浓硝酸改性碳纤维,同时利用SiO2改性环氧树脂,混合两种材料,配合其他添加物质,制备出碳纤维复合材料.通过试验分析碳纤维用量、预处理温度与时长对复合材料强度影响,测试SiO2使用情况及用量对复合材料力学性能影响,分析聚酰胺用量对该复合材料弯曲强度影响.试验结果显示:碳纤维用量为7%(质量分数),预处理时间为5 h,处理温度为65 ℃时,复合材料的拉伸强度等力学性能相对理想;SiO2作为改性剂,用量为4%(质量分数)时,复合材料力学性能较好;聚酰胺用量为2.0%时,能够提升测试材料的抗弯强度.
Preparation and mechanical properties of carbon fiber composites for sports equipment
To improve the strength and mechanical properties of sports equipment related materials,the preparation method and mechanical properties of carbon fiber composite materials for sports equipment are studied.Using con-centrated nitric acid to modify carbon fibers and SiO2 to modify epoxy resin,a carbon fiber composite material was prepared by mixing the two materials.By conducting experiments to analyze the effects of carbon fiber dosage,pre-treatment temperature,and duration on the strength of composite materials,testing the use of SiO2 and its impact on the mechanical properties of composite materials,and analyzing the impact of polyamide dosage on the bending strength of the composite material.The experimental results show that when the carbon fiber content is 7%by mass,the pre-treatment time is 5 hours,and the treatment temperature is 65 ℃,the mechanical properties such as tensile strength of the composite material are relatively ideal;When SiO2 is used as a modifier and the dosage is 4%by mass,the mechanical properties of the composite material are better;When the amount of polyamide is 2.0%,it can improve the bending strength of the tested material..
