光学镜筒结构及其柔性铰链的设计

通过对光机系统的接收镜组进行需求和装调分析,完成了光学镜筒结构与其调节机构的设计,并采用理论计算和有限元模拟的方法对设计的结构综合特性进行了分析.结果表明:接收镜组采用6061镜框的定心车方式满足光学质量要求;采用隔圈修正方式实现轴向±0.01 mm调节、采用TC4材料直圆形切口的柔性铰链实现偏摆±0.8°的调节方式满足精密调节需求;机构具有良好的光机调节精度和结构稳定性,满足设计要求.
Design of the structure of optical lens tubes and its flexible hinge
The design of the optical tube structure and its adjusting mechanism is completed through the analysis of the demand and installation of the receiving optical lens of the opto-mechanical system.The comprehensive charac-teristics of the designed structure are analyzed by theoretical calculation and finite element simulation.The results show that the receiving optical lens can meet the optical quality requirements by turning with self-centering with 6061 frames;Adopting the method of coping spacer to achieve±0.01 mm adjustment along the optical axis direc-tion,and using a flexible hinge made of TC4 material with a straight circular notch to achieve a deviation of±0.8 ° to meet the precision adjustment requirements;The institution has good optical and mechanical adjustment accura-cy and structural stability,meeting design requirements.
