通过对中国新能源汽车车用芯片技术调查,一方面对计算及控制芯片、功率芯片、传感器芯片、其他等4类芯片进行技术特性、质量特性归纳梳理;另一方面对车规级芯片认证标准进行调查,探讨国产化芯片面临车规级要求还应进一步提升的技术能力.同时,对中国新能源汽车芯片市场需求及国内配套厂商也进行调查,分析探索国产车规级芯片产业链瓶颈,为新能源汽车稳步高质量发展提供建设性意见及对策建议.
Domestic technology bottlenecks and development suggestion for new energy vehicles chips
A survey on the technology of chips for new energy vehicles in China was conducted.On one hand,it summarizes and sorts out the technical and quality characteristics of four types of chips:computing and control chips,power chips,sensor chips,and others.On the other hand,investigated the certification standards for auto-motive grade chips and explore the technical capabilities that domestic manufacturers should further enhance to meet the requirements of automotive grade chips.At the same time,a survey was conducted on the demand for new ener-gy vehicle chips in China's market and domestic supporting manufacturers,analyzing and exploring the bottlenecks in the domestic chip industry chain,and providing measures and suggestions.
