由于各研究领域对Sm2Co17型烧结永磁体小型化与精密化需求的越来越迫切,如何提升磁体抗弯强度正逐步受到更广泛地关注和研究.从晶体结构和断裂机制2个方面讨论了 Sm2Co17型烧结永磁体力学性能表现不佳的原因,进而阐述了元素掺杂、成分调控、降低磁体力学性能的各向异性、设计晶粒尺寸及分布等改善力学性能的研究进展,并指出了今后研究工作的重点和发展方向.
Research progress on Sm2Co17-type sintered permanent magnet materials with high bending strength
Due to the urgent need for miniaturization and precision of Sm2Co17-type,intered permanent magnets in va-rious research fields,how to improve the bending strength of magnets is gradually receiving more and more attention and research.The reasons for the poor mechanical properties of Sm2Co17 sintered permanent magnet are discussed from two aspects of crystal structure and fracture mechanism.Further,the research progress on improving mechan-ical properties of Sm2Co17 sintered permanent magnet is described,such as element doping,composition regulation,reducing the anisotropy of mechanical properties of magnets,designing grain size and distribution,and the future re-search focus and development direction are pointed out.
