The influence of annealing processes on the magnetic properties of ultra-thin strips of high squareness ratio 1J51 permalloy
The effects of annealing processes on magnetic properties of 1J51 Permalloy ultra-thin strip were investiga-ted by annealing in pure H2 atmosphere and vacuum atmosphere. The test results show that:After 2 h annealing at 1 100 ℃ in H2 atmosphere,1J51 alloy obtained excellent magnetic properties(maximum permeability μm=231.8 mH/m,rectangle ratio Br/Bm=0.97,magnetic induction intensity B2000=1.512 T,coercivity Hc=3.641 A/m).Specific total loss P1/400=2.26 W/kg).Under the same annealing temperature and time,H2 atmosphere annealing has better magnetic properties than vacuum atmosphere annealing.Under 1 100 ℃,2 h heat treatment,H2 atmos-phere protection condition is higher than vacuum atmosphere protection condition 1J51 alloy, its maximum permea-bility μm is increased by 36%,coercivity Hc and specific total loss P1/400 are significantly reduced.Magnetic induc-tion is slightly improved. The main contribution of H2 heat treatment to the magnetic properties of 1J51 alloy is to reduce the coercivity Hc and increase the maximum permeability μm,so that the hysteresis loop of the alloy is further narrowed and a larger rectangular ratio is obtained. However, the effect of increasing the maximum magnetic induc-tion intensity B2000 is limited.
