为了加强太湖流域水质自动监测预警系统的管理,确保水站长期稳定运行,及时准确地发布水质自动监测数据,发挥水站的实时监控和预警监视作用,对水站运营方式、管理职责、质量控制等进行研究.水站的日常运营管理由社会专业机构负责,采用公开招标的方式确定:省和地方环境监测部门组成二级质控体系,对水站数据、仪器运行状况进行定期巡检和标样、实际水样的考核,以确保系统稳定运行和数据准确有效.
Management and quality control of water automatic monitoring early-warning system were studied to ensure its long run and enhance its management.Routine maintenance was in the charge of special organization in society by bid inviting,and quality control system was made up of provincial monitoring agency and local monitoring agency to guarantee its stable operation.
