基于膜式固相萃取法和液相色谱-串联质谱法建立了一种高灵敏、快速分析环境水样中痕量全氟化合物(PFASs)的方法.采用最优条件的模式固相萃取进行样品前处理,以乙酸铵水溶液及乙腈为流动相进行梯度洗脱,经Accucore aQ C18 色谱柱分离,采用电喷雾离子源、负离子采集模式和质谱多反应监测模式分析,实现了环境水样中17种全氟化合物的快速分析,17 种全氟化合物检出限(S/N = 3)为 0.2~0.3 ng/L.将方法应用于实际环境水样中全氟化合物的分析,加标回收率为 87%~95%.研究可为快速、有效地检测环境水样中痕量全氟化合物提供新方法的选择.
Study on Detection Method of PFASs in Water Based on Membrane Solid Phase Extrction
A highly sen sitive and rapid method for the determination of trace perfluoroalkyl substances(PFASs)in environmental water samples was developed based on membrane solid phase extraction and liquid chromatograph-tandem mass spectrometry in this study.Ammonium acetate aqueous solution and acetonitrile were separated by gradient elution on Accucore aQ C18 column,and analyzed by electrospray ion source,negative ion scanning mode and mass spectrometry multi-reaction monitoring mode.Rapid qualitative and quantitative analysis of 17 PFASs in environmental water samples were realized,and the detection limits(S/N = 3)were 0.2~0.3 ng/L.The method was applied to the analysis of PFASs in actual environmental water samples,and the recoveries of perfluorinated compounds were 87%~95%with satisfactory results.This method provides a new choice for the rapid and effective detection of trace PFASs in environmental water samples.
