摘要
溶气气浮(DAF)工艺是水处理行业中一项重要的处理方法,其具有适应范围广、运营成本低等优势,但其复杂的三相体系使得对其内部研究较为困难.计算流体力学(CFD)技术采用数值模拟方式指导反应器设计,计算成本低,数据准确性高.通过对DAF工艺发展过程中CFD应用的文献全面综述,主要对浮选过程的原理、CFD方法的发展和气浮反应器优化等多方面进行研究,以突出目前使用的CFD方法特点和数值模拟工具的最新发展,并根据研究内容的总结,对今后的研究提出一些建议.
Abstract
Dissolved air flotation(DAF)is an important treatment method in the water treatment industry,which has the advantages of wide range of adaptation and low operating cost,but its complex three-phase system makes it difficult to study its internal.Computational fluid dynamics(CFD)technology guides reactor design by numerical simulation,has low calculation cost and high data accuracy.Through a comprehensive review of the literature on the application of CFD in the development of DAF process,mainly discuss principle of flotation process,development of CFD method and optimization of air float reactor are ed,so as to highlight the characteristics of CFD method used at present and the latest development of numerical simulation tools.Finally,according to the summary of the content of the study,some suggestions for future research are put forward.
