Study on the Effect of Elgicide Combined with Chlorella on Controlling Cyanobacteria
We selected microcystis aeruginosa as the research object, which was a dominant species of common cyanobacteria in water. The microcystis bloom pond was divided into several blocks. To evaluate the control effect of different algaecides on cyanobacteria, the phycocyanin in the body of cyanobacteria was detected. The several algaecides showed that it had different control effects on cyanobacteria,on 1,3,7,12 and 15 days, phycocyanin value and turbidity value of algaecides with chlorella vulgaris were significantly lower than that of control group, and its dissolved oxygen were significantly higher than that of control group.Algaecide with chlorella vulgaris can significantly inhibit the secondary recurrence of cyanobacteria. These results indicated that the algaecides with chlorella vulgaris had better control effect on cyanobacteria, and had no effect on dissolved oxygen in water. It overcame the ecological problems caused by the sudden drop of dissolved oxygen after the use of the current mainstream algaecides.
