"磁混凝沉淀+反硝化深床滤池"在污水厂深度处理改造中的应用

摘要
为进一步提升出水水质,保定市鲁岗污水处理厂在污水深度处理工程中采用"磁混凝高效沉淀+反硝化深床滤池"联合工艺,该工艺为在污水处理厂原二级处理工艺后增设磁混凝高效沉淀池和反硝化深床滤池.磁混凝高效沉淀池和反硝化深床滤池投入使用后,经深度处理后的出水水质数据表明,污水处理厂出水中COD,SS,TP,NH3-N和TN等浓度均得到较好控制,其出水中主要指标(除TN外)均达到地表水Ⅲ类标准,优于设计标准,且出水水质稳定,效果超出预想.
Abstract
For the purpose of improving the effluent quality,the Lugang Sewage Treatment Plant in Baoding City applies a combined process of"magnetic coagulation high-efficiency sedimentation"and"denitrification deep bed filter"in the sewage deep treatment project.This project adds magnetic coagulation high-efficiency sedimentation tank and denitrification deep bed filter after the original secondary treatment process of the sewage treatment plant.The effluent water quality data after deep treatment transformation shows that after the use of the magnetic coagulation high-efficiency sedimentation tank and denitrification deep bed filter,the concentrations of COD,SS,TP,NH3-N,and TN in the effluent of Lugang Sewage Treatment Plant are well controlled,and the effluent water quality is stable.After the renovation,the main indicators of the effluent from the sewage treatment plant(except TN)have all reached the Class Ⅲ standard for surface water,which is better than the design standard.
