黄河流域典型山区河流水生生物群落调查评价——以大峪河为例

通过对大峪河 5 个点位的水生生物展开调查,鉴定出浮游植物 38 种,浮游动物 8 种,底栖动物 13 种,这 3类水生生物密度分别为 4.29×105~2.76×106 cells/L,0.8~231.4 ind/L 和 18~200 ind/m2,生物量分别在 0.2~1.97,0.004~0.82 mg/L和 0.023~1.095 g/m2 之间.多样性评价显示大峪河浮游植物多样性和丰富度较高,水体处于清洁状态,浮游动物和底栖动物多样性一般,其时空变化规律显示农业面源污染汇入、人类活动干扰及物理生境为主要影响因素.
Evaluation and Analysis on Aquatic Community of Typical Mountain River in the Yellow River—Taking Dayu River as an Example
Five sites were settled to monitor the species composition and community structure of aquatic in Dayu River.The assessment results indicated that 38 taxa of phytoplankton,8 species of zooplankton and 13 species of benthic macroinvertebrate were identified.The amount of phytoplankton,zooplankton and benthic macroinvertebrate were respectively between 4.29×105~2.76×106 cells/L,0.8~231.4 ind/L and 18~200 ind/m2.The biomass of phytoplankton,zooplankton and benthic macroinvertebrate were separately between 0.2~1.97,0.004~0.82 mg/L and 0.023~1.095 g/m2.The diversity evaluation results show that the diversity and richness of phytoplankton are high,indicating that the water quality is in a clean state,while the diversity of zooplankton and benthic doesn't show well.The variation pattern shows that agricultural pollution、human activity interference and habitat conditions are the main factors affecting its diversity.
