Low-disturbance Coverage of Contaminated Sediments by Composite Spheres Based on Water Treatment Plant Sludge
Aiming at the problem of disturbance and disturbance release to the sediment during the covering process of the current in-situ capping materials,low-disturbance,high adsorption performance covering materials were made from water purification plant sludge, and the covering effect was verified through covering experiments. The results showed that the water purification plant sludge can be prepared into low mass density, high adsorption performance adsorption ball, the maximum adsorption capacity of up to 28.91 mg/L.The composite ball applied to the in situ coverage of the sediment, basically no disturbance release when placed. The coverage not only inhibits the release of TP at the mud-water interface, but also resists wind and wave scouring to a certain extent, and also reduces the TP concentration in the water column through the adsorption performance.
