摘要

滨州某工业园区污水处理厂主要出水指标要求满足DB 37/3416.4-2018《流域水污染物综合排放标准 第4 部分:海河流域》的一级标准,设计采用"改良Bardenpho+芬顿絮凝沉淀池+砂滤池+臭氧催化反应+活性炭滤池+接触消毒"工艺.其中污水处理厂(二期)已投入运营,改良Bardenpho设计总停留时间 37.54 h,混合液内回流200%~300%,采用可提升曝气方式;二沉池表面负荷为 0.64 m3/(m2·h);芬顿反应时间为 90 min,高效沉淀池表面负荷为 3.43 m3/(m2·h);臭氧反应时间为 60 min,投加量为 60 kg/h;接触消毒停留时间 38 min.实际出水水质满足设计要求.

Abstract

In order to meet first-level standard in"Part 4 of Water Pollution Comprehensive Emissions Part 4:Haihe Basin"(DB 37/3416.4-2018)for an industrial park wastewater treatment plant in Bingzhou,the combined process of hydrolytic acidification,primary sedimentation tank,modified Bardenpho,Fenton flocculation sedimentation tank,sand filter,ozone contact oxidation,Activated carbon filter and contact disinfection was used.Among them,the sewage treatment plant(second phase)has been put into operation,the hydraulic retention time of modified Bardenpho is 37.54 h,the reflux ratio in the mixed liquid is 200%to 300%,using an increased aeration method.The surface load of the secondary sedimentation tank is 0.64 m3/(m2·h).Fenton's reaction time is 90min.And the surface load of the high-efficiency sedimentation tank is 3.43 m3/(m2·h).The residence time of ozone contact tank is 60 min with dosaging of 60 kg/h.The residence time of contact disinfection is 30 min.The actual effluent quality meets the design requirement.
