Taking the construction of"Zero-Waste Citiy"in pilot cities in Yunnan Province as an example,includes the"6+3"cities such as Kunming City and Dali City in the jurisdiction into the research scope,and summarizes the effectiveness and characteristic highlights of the construction of"Zero-Waste City"in Yunnan Province on the basis for fully collecting.Analyzing the progress and materials of each city and the problems existing in the construction process in combination with the creation of the index system for each city.Putting forward countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of"Zero-Waste City"in Yunnan Province at the end of the"14th Five-Year Plan",in order to prepare for the"15th Five-Year Plan"of Yunnan Province during the period,we will provide guidance for the construction of"Zero-Waste City".
