摘要

生活垃圾焚烧发电厂渗滤液反渗透浓缩液中有机物浓度高、硬度高、成分复杂,深度处理时容易在设备内部结垢并堵塞设备.针对该浓缩液的水质特点,采用"曝气+NaOH"组合的除硬方法,研究曝气和NaOH药剂对渗滤液碱度和硬度去除的主要因素及相关参数.结果表明,最优参数条件为气水比为 14∶1,曝气时间为 60 min,pH值为7.0,NaOH投加量为 5 mg/L;经工程试验验证,总硬度去除率达 95%,比传统除硬方法的费用降低 64.8%.

Abstract

Domestic waste incineration power plant leachate reverse osmosis concentrate in the high concentration of organic matter,high hardness,complex composition,the depth of the treatment is easy to be scaled in the internal equipment and clogging equipment.In view of the water quality characteristics of the concentrate,the combination of"aeration+NaOH"method of hardness removal is adopted to study the main factors and r elevant parameters of aeration and NaOH chemicals on the removal of alkalinity and hardness of leachate.The results show that the optimal parameters of this method are:gas and water ratio of 14∶1,aeration time of 60 min,pH value of 7.0,NaOH dosage of 5 mg/L;verified by the engineering test,the total hardness removal rate reaches 95%,which reduces the cost by 64.8%compared with the traditional hardness removal method.
