污水厂氧化沟表曝改底曝运行效果对比与分析

漯河市松江工业集聚区污水处理厂于 2013 年建成,处理能力为 3×104 m3/d,生化工艺采用水解酸化池+改良型氧化沟,氧化沟原采用倒伞型表曝机进行曝气,2022 年实施提标改造工程时将表曝机改为可提升式底部曝气系统.通过分析污水厂运行情况,发现工艺改造后在保证出水达标的基础上,底部曝气系统充氧效率高,受季节影响小,碳源投加量减少,耗电量减少且维修方便.提标改造为污水厂的长期稳定运行提供了有力的保障.
The Comparison and Analysis of the Operating Effects of the Surface Aeration to Bottom Aeration Process Design for Oxidation Ditches in Wastewater Treatment Plants
The sewage treatment plant was completed in 2013 of the Songjiang Industrial Agglomeration Zone of Luohe City,which the treatment capacity was 3×104 m3/d.The biochemical process adopted the hydrolysis acidification tank and the improved oxidation ditch.The oxidation ditch originally adopted the inverted umbrella type surface aerator for aeration.The surface aerator was changed to the lifting bottom aeration system during the upgrading and renovation project in 2022.Through the analysis of the operation of the sewage treatment plant,it was found that after the renovation,while ensuring the effluent up-to-standard,the bottom aeration system had a higher oxygen filling efficiency,and a less affection by the season,a less carbon source addition,a less electricity consume,and easy maintain.Therefore,upgrading and renovation project provided strong guarantees for the long-term stable operation of sewage plants.
