基于矿坑(井)生态修复的磷石膏无害化改性研究

以云南省某磷石膏堆场的磷石膏为研究对象,分析在不同配比及改性时间下改性磷石膏的达标情况及稳定性.结果表明,历史遗留的陈化磷石膏,无害化改性8 d后,其pH值、磷酸盐和氟化物等特征污染物可达标,新产生的磷石膏,则须16 d以上才能达标;稳定性方面,无害化改性后的磷石膏特征污染物在45 d之后可满足标准限值要求,并保持稳定.基于此,提出将磷石膏无害化改性达标后规模化应用于矿坑(井)生态修复,以期有效拓宽磷石膏无害化及综合利用途径.
Research on Harmless Modification of Phosphogypsum Based on Ecological Restoration of Mining Pits
Taking the phosphogypsum of a phosphogypsum stockpile as the research subjects,the harmless modification of phosphogypsum was carried out by proprietary composite agents with different proportions,and the compliance and stability of harmless modified phosphogypsum under different proportions and modification times were investigated.The results show that the characteristic pollutants such as pH value and phosphate and fluoride can meet the standard within 8 days,while the newly produced fresh phosphogypsum must be harmlessly modified no less than 16 days.In terms of long-term stability,the characteristic pollutants of harmless modified phosphogypsum remain stable after 45 days and meet the standard limit requirements.The results will provide reference for the large-scale application of phosphogypsum to the ecological restoration of mine pits after harmless modification,and finally realize the effective control of phosphogypsum environmental risks in China.
