异位建堆热脱附技术在有机污染土壤修复中的应用

以上海市某有机污染土壤热脱附修复工程为例,介绍建堆热脱附技术的工艺流程、建设方案和设备组成,并对热脱附运行过程中温度、天然气用量、废水废气处理等进行分析,评估建堆热脱附技术在有机污染土壤修复领域的有效性和适用性.应用结果表明,天然气加热34 d后,土壤堆体温度可达到150 ℃以上,可有效去除土壤中氯苯类和苯胺类有机污染物,每立方污染土壤天然气用量约为30.6 m3,采用"冷凝+吸附"工艺处理热脱附尾气、"氧化+混凝"工艺处理废水,可实现尾气和废水均达标排放.
Application of Ectopia Built-up Pile Thermal Desorption Technology in Organic Contaminated Soil Remediation
Taking an organic irrigation soil thermal desorption restoration project in Shanghai as an example,the process flow,construction plan and equipment composition of the construction reactor thermal desorption technology are introduced in detail,as well as the application of temperature,natural gas consumption,wastewater treatment and other applications during open-air thermal desorption operation.The results show that after natural gas is heated for 34 days,the temperature of the soil pile can reach above 150 ℃,which can realize efficient irrigation of chlorobenzene and aniline organic solutions in the soil.The amount of natural gas per 1 m3 of contaminated soil is about 30.6 m3,using"pollutant+adsorption"thermal desorption process treatment exhaust gas and"oxidation+coagulation"process treatment can achieve exhaust gas and wastewater reaching specimens.
