冲击弹性波及AI在套筒灌浆检测的应用

随着我国大力推进装配式混凝土及钢结构建筑,装配式混凝土建筑在我国也得到了长远的进展,套筒连接的灌浆密实度直接影响结构的承载力,是最关键的质量要点之一。按规范要求,需对其进行全数检测。尽管业内提出了 X射线工业CT法、预埋传感器法、预埋钢丝拉拔法、X射线胶片成像法等方法,但其各有适用范围和特点,检测成本较高,还无法实际应用。对此,开发了基于冲击弹性波和AI模拟贝叶斯网络和人工神经元网络建立预测模型的检测方法,可较好地解决这个问题。
With the vigorous promotion of prefabricated concrete and steel structure buildings in China,the grouting density of the sleeve connection directly affects the bearing capacity of the structure,and is one of the most critical quality points.According to the requirements of the specification,it need to be fully tested.Although the industry has proposed X-ray industrial CT method,embedded sensor method,embedded wire drawing method,X-ray film imaging method and other methods,they have their own scope of application and characteristics,the detection cost is high,and it cannot be applied practically.In this regard,a detection method based on shock elastic wave and Al simulation Bayesian network and artificial neuron network to establish a prediction model is developed,which is expected to solve this problem better.
