In recent years,with the continuous improvement of the level of urbanization in China,the scale of construction projects has been expanding,and the requirements of citizens for the quality of construction projects have also increased.On this basis,all construction enterprises must pay more attention to the standardized follow-up audit of the whole process of construction project cost,and further strengthen the control of construction project cost and quality,so as to strive for greater economic benefits for enterprises.This paper analyzes the necessity of implementing standardized follow-up audit in the whole process of cost control of construction projects,combs the implementation ideas and basic processes of standardized follow-up audit,and then puts forward the optimization strategy of standardized follow-up audit in the whole process of cost control of construction projects,aiming at providing reference for the innovation and development of cost control work of various construction enterprises.
