Due to the rapid development of urbanization,the stock base of existing buildings in China is getting larger and larger,and problems such as potential safety hazards and imperfect use functions are becoming increasingly prominent.In this event,it is urgent to maintain and transform existing buildings.Not only rejuvenates the existing buildings during the renovation,but also brings many irregular problems.This paper expounds the meaning and transformation types of existing buildings,and analyzes the problems existing in the transformation of existing buildings,aiming at putting forward some suggestions for reference,so as to effectively promote the standardized transformation of existing buildings.
