This paper analyzes the influencing factors of construction project cost,mainly including bidding,design,construction and settlement factors,and introduces competition mechanism,engineering design optimization,strict control of the construction process,and strengthens the cost management in the completion settlement stage through bidding,so as to effectively reduce the cost of construction projects and improve the economic benefits of the project.
