BIM technology is a relatively mature technology in the current construction field,it has played a great role in the management of modern construction projects,if BIM technology can be applied to the management of construction projects,it can not only improve the management level of construction projects,but also promote the sustainable development of construction projects.This paper introduces the definition and characteristics of BIM technology,and analyzes the application of BIM technology in construction project management under the new situation,hoping to promote the good development of construction project management.
