With the continuous development and progress of China's social economy,people have higher and higher requirements for highway engineering construction under the new situation,and effective project management is the key to ensure the quality of highway engineering construction.Therefore,the construction unit must combine the actual requirements of highway engineering construction and make scientific and reasonable construction management strategies by applying various advanced technical means,so as to ensure the construction quality of highway engineering projects under the premise of construction safety.Based on this,this paper briefly analyzes the problems existing in the current domestic highway engineering management,and deeply discusses the innovation and application strategies of highway engineering management mode under the new situation for reference.
