In recent years,with the continuous improvement of the national economic level,the subway has become an essential means of transportation for people to travel.However,due to the increasingly fierce market competition in subway construction,the construction unit conducts vicious competition in the form of low-price bidding,resulting in smaller and smaller profit space.Therefore,strengthening the cost management and control of subway projects to effectively reduce the construction cost and improve the comprehensive profitability of subway projects has become an urgent task for construction units to survive and develop.This paper mainly introduces and analyzes the detailed cost management and control strategy of a subway project in Beijing,aiming at sharing some management methods for reference for the cost management of subway projects.
