RMA活性胶凝材料对隧道泵送混凝土性能的影响

通过试验探究了 RMA活性胶凝材料对隧道泵送混凝土性能的影响,并于广东某隧道进行了示范应用。结果表明:当RMA掺量在7%时,显著改善了新拌泵送混凝土的工作性能,保障了施工泵送性能,同时实现了混凝土抗水渗能力和抗压强度的提升,氯离子扩散系数的降低,提升了混凝土抗溶蚀性能;工程方面,掺入7%的RMA活性胶凝材料改善了施工阶段混凝土的泵送性能,与对照组混凝土相比,28 d抗压强度提升12。9%,渗透高度降低40%,28 d氯离子扩散系数降低24。6%,有效扩散系数等级为"低"。
The influence of RMA active cementitious material on the performance of tunnel pumping concrete is studied through experiments,and a demonstration application is carried out in a tunnel in Guangdong.The results show that when the content of RMA is 7%,the fresh workability of pumping concrete is significantly improved,the construction pumping performance is guaranteed,the water permeability and compressive strength of concrete are improved,the chloride ion diffusion coefficient is reduced,and the corrosion resistance of concrete is improved.In terms of engineering,the addition of 7%RMA active cementitious material improved thepumping performance of concrete during construction.Compared with the control group concrete,the 28d compressive strength increased by 12.9%,the permeability height decreased by 40%,the chloride ion diffusion coefficient decreased by 24.6%,and the effective diffusion coefficient grade was"low".
