摘要

纤维沥青混合料是一种长寿命沥青路面新材料,由于纤维种类及掺量的差异对沥青混合料的性能有较大影响,因此将采用3种纤维种类(玄武岩纤维、玻璃纤维、聚酯纤维)及5种纤维掺量(0.1%、0.2%、0.3%、0.4%、0.5%)作为研究对象,研究纤维沥青混合料的路用性能.结果表明:玄武岩纤维、玻璃纤维、聚酯纤维的最佳掺量分别为0.4%、0.3%、0.3%,最佳掺量下玄武岩纤维增强效果最优,动稳定度提高30.0%,贯入强度提高14.0%,最大弯拉应变提高20.1%,浸水残留稳定度提高1.9%,冻融劈裂强度比提高1.7%.

Abstract

Fiber asphalt mixture is a new material for long-term asphalt pavement.Due to the significant impact of fiber types and dosages on the performance of asphalt mixture,this paper will use different fiber types(basalt fiber,glass fiber,polyester fiber)and contents(0.1%,0.2%,0.3%,0.4%,0.5%)as the research object,and first use Marshall test design method to test the raw material performance of AC-13 asphalt mixture.Afterwards,rut test,low temperature trabecular bending test,immersion Marshall test and freeze-thaw splitting test were conducted to study the road performance of fiber asphalt mixture.The results show that the optimal dosage of basalt fiber,glass fiber,and polyester fiber is 0.4%,0.3%,and 0.3%,respectively.Under the optimal dosage,the reinforcement effect of basalt fiber is the best,with a dynamic stability increase of 30.0%,a penetration strength increase of 14.0%,a maximum bending tensile strain increase of 20.1%,a residual stability increase of 1.9%after immersion,and a freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio increase of 1.7%.
